Obituary	LEON L. PEARL, SR. DEXTER - Leon L. Pearl, Sr., 84, died unexpectedly, March 12, 1988. He was born in Charleston, May 7, 1903, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Winfield Pearl. He attended Charleston and Dover schools and worked in local woolen mills most of his life. He was predeceased by his wife, Lorina, He is survived by two sons, Leon Pearl Jr. and Maurice Pearl, both of Augusta, GA,, five daughters, Madeline Anderson, Irene Nelson and Phyllis Nelson, all of Dexter, Evelyn Moulton of Sangerville and Geraldine Hughes of Phippsburg; 24 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter where friends called Monday. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter, in the spring.
