Obituary	LORETTA TAYLOR DEXTER - Loretta Taylor, 50, died October 9, 1987, at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born in Newport, June 9, 1937, the daughter of Mark and Ruth (Brasier) Brooks. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dexter, Eastville Grange of Newport and the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her father, Mark Brooks and her stepmother, Frances Brooks, both of Corinna; two sons, Robert and Mark, both of Dexter; one daughter, Michelle Taylor of Corinna; three sisters, Mrs. Walter (Eleanor) Henderson and Mrs. Harry (Ruby) Moores, both of Broodbrook, Conn., and Mrs. Lyle (Elsie) Seavey of Newport; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene, in 1975. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home Saturday. Funeral Services were held at the First Baptist Church in Dexter on Sunday with the Rev. Judson Stone officiating. Burial will be in North Newport Cemetery.
