Obituary	DAVID C. SHIRLEY DEXTER - David C. Shirley, 89, died October 6, 1987 at a Bangor hospital. He was born April 3, 1898 in Harcourt, New Brunswick, the son of John and Anna Shirley. He was employed in the local woolen mills for many years as a spinner. He lived in Camden for several years before moving to Dexter. His wife, Lillian (Clukey) Shirley, predeceased him November 6, 1970. He is survived by two daughters, Phyllis Ambrose of Dexter and Edwyna Callahan of Portland; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. Friends called at Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter Wednesday. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
