Obituary	NORMA J. SPRAGUE DEXTER - Norma J. Sprague, 64, died August 31, 1987 at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born in Dexter, July 15, 1923, the daughter of the late James and Marion (Folsom) Yeo. She was a graduate of N.H. Fay High School in the class of 1941. She was employed at the Eastern Gazette in Dexter for many years. In 1968, she moved to Nashua, New Hampshire, where she lived until her retirement in 1985. She was a member of the Shirley B. Carter Post Auxiliary of Dexter, where she was past president. Norma is survived by her husband of 45 years, Fred L. Sprague; three daughters, Sandra Lamb and Betty Taylor, both of Dover, Delaware, and Barbara Ronco of Saco; one brother, Robert Yeo of Springhill, Florida; one sister, Alta Sawyer of Ripley; an aunt, Evelyn Bird of Dexter; six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 3 at 10 a.m. at Crosby Funeral Home with the Rev. John T. Hoelter, chaplain of Eastern Maine Medical Center, officiating. Friends may call Wednesday evening, from 7-9 p.m., at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions in her name to the American Cancer Society.
