Obituary	MAXINE EVELYN WILBUR DEXTER - Maxine Evelyn (Frost) Wilbur, 52, died August 26, 1986 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital following a long illness. She was born in Dexter, February 18, 1934, the daughter of Leslie and Madeline (Page) Frost. She attended Dexter schools and worked for many years in business with her husband, Dana at the Sew'n Sew Fabric Shop in Dexter. She was a member of the Dexter Grange and the Dexter Fire Department Auxiliary. Maxine was active in numerous town projects and organizations such as Operation Graduation, Dexter Jr. Extension and the Dexter Sunrise Kiwanis. She is survived by her husband, Dana, of Dexter; her mother of Dexter; her mother-in-law, Edith Wilbur, of Dexter; a son, Stephen of Corinna; a daughter, Judy Craig of Dexter; one brother, Dennis Frost of Newark, Delaware; four sisters, Constance Seavey of Corinna, Pauline Wilbur of Parkman, Charline Gray of Corinna, and Audrey Pomroy of Bangor; four grandchildren, Jennifer and Tiffany Craig and Sean and Jonathan Wilbur; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter with the Rev. Vicky Woods, officiating. Friends may call at Crosby Funeral Home, Main St., Dexter, Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dexter Town Clock Restoration Fund or the American Cancer Society in care of the Crosby Funeral Home.
