Obituary	GALEN C MOUNTAIN DEXTER - Galen C. Mountain, 62, died August 21, 1986, it a Greene nursing home after a long illness. He was born in Dexter, March 30, 1924, the son of Freeman and Denise (Dyer) Mountain. He attended Dexter schools. He served in the Army during World War II and was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. He was a machinist at Fay-Soctt Machine Shop and also drove oil trucks for Fay-Scott Oil Co. He is survived by one brother, Roger Mountain of Vernon, Connecticut; three sisters, Evelyn Mountain of East Hartford, Connecticut, Alderia Bailey and Beverly Clukey, both of Dexter; one niece and two nephews. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
