Obituary	FRANCIS N. GILBERT DEXTER - Francis N. Gilbert, 59, died unexpectedly Friday at his School Street residence. He was born August 15, 1926, in Dexter, son of Clement and Flora (Clukey) Gilbert. He was educated in Dexter schools and had been employed by local woolen mills for many years. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, both in Dexter. He had been a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. He is survived by his mother of Dexter; two brothers, Gerald and Terrance Gilbert, both of Dexter; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Monday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. Friends called Saturday and Sunday at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Prayers were said Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
