Obituary	MRS. GLADYS PEASE DEXTER - Gladys (Tracy) Pease, 70, died Jan. 16, 1983, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital, after a long illness. She was born in Dexter, Feb. 16, 1912, the daughter of John and Eva (Balton) Tracy. She attended Dexter schools and was married to Nathan Pease 51 years ago. She was employed by Amos Abbott Co. for 42 years. Mrs. Pease was a member of Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge, Dexter; the Pythian Sisters, Chicata Temple of Abbot; the Golden Age Club of Dexter and the Methodist Women's Society. She was a 55 year member of the Dexter United Methodist Church. Besides her husband of Dexter, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Harold (Marilyn) Tewksbury of Stafford Springs, Conn. and Ripley; one grandson, Stephen Tewksbury of Ripley; two great-grandchildren, Samuel and Stephanie Tewksbury of Ripley. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. Robert Montford, of the Episcopal Church of the Messiah, officiating. Spring interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. In lieu of flowers, it is the wish of the deceased that donations be made to the Little Red School House, Dover-Foxcroft.
