Obituary	ROLAND CLEAVES DEXTER - Roland Cleaves, 55, died Dec. 19, 1982, at his Pleasant Street residence. He was born in Dexter, Feb. 17, 1927, the son of Louis Frank and Valeda (Provost) Cleaves. He was a communicant of St. Ann's Catholic Church, attended Dexter schools and served with the U.S. Army in World War II. He is survived by six brothers, Omar, Gabriel, Philip all of Dexter, Henry of Winooski, Vt., Gerald of Jericho, Vt., and Paul Cliche of Portland; three sisters, Mrs. Louis (Lucienne) Doucette of Lewiston, Mrs. Nazier (Anita) Clukey of Guilford, and Mrs. Lillian DeMarais of Dexter; several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 22, at St. Ann's Catholic Church Dexter. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
