Obituary	DONALD V. FOTTER DEXTER - Don Fotter, 53, of Dexter died December 20 at Togus Veterans Hospital in Augusta. He was born in Waterville, March 3, 1929, the son of Vance and Ramona (Parsons) Fotter. He graduated from Dexter High School and served for almost two years in the U.S. Army. He is survived by a sister, Helen Atwater of Dexter; two nieces, Peggy Robinson of Dover-Foxcroft and Patti Robinson of Crofton, Md. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosby Funeral Home, 238 Main St.. Dexter. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
