HARTSON C. WEBBER DEXTER - Hartson C. Webber 59, died Aug. 8, 1982, at his residence, 79 Maple St. after a long illness. He was born Oct. 9, 1912, in Ripley, the son of Cecil and Rosa (Clark) Webber. He had been a resident of Dexter since early childhood and was a master plumber, a master oil burner man and a master electrician. He owned and was active manager of the Webber Heating-Plumbing Co. of Dexter and the Webber Apartments in Dexter and Bangor. He was a past master of the Penobscot Lodge, AF & AM; a past high priest of St. John's Royal Arch Chapter; a past illustrious. master of the Central Council, Dover-Foxcroft; a past commander of the DeMolay Commandry, KT, of Skowhegan; a member of the Scottish Rites Bodies of Bangor; the Maine Consistory, 32nd Degree, A.A.S.R., of Portland; a member of the Maine Council, Order of the High Priesthood; the Tamerlane Conclave, Red Cross of Constantine; a member of the Tri-County Shrine Club and the Anah Temple Shrine of Bangor. Mr. Webber was a charter member of the Dexter Kiwanis. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Cecil W. Hopkins of Old Orchard; Celia R. Webber of South Paris; and Charlotte B. Webber of Dexter; one niece; several cousins. It was Mr. Webbers wish to be cremated and there was no services scheduled.
