Obituary	GEORGE [RED] ELLIS DEXTER - George Ellis, 64, died unexpectedly February 20, 1982. He was born in Exeter, Dec. 13, 1917, son of Gerald and Marguarite (Libby) Ellis. He was a graduate of East Corinth High School in 1934. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was employed by Fayscott for 40 years, having retired in December 1981. He is survived by his mother of Bucksport; his widow, Madeline (Hanson) of Dexter; a daughter, Anne Poulin of Shelton, Conn.; one brother, William Ellis of New York; five grandchildren; two nephews. Funeral services were held Feb. 23 at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in the spring.
