Obituary	MR. ARTHUR FICKETT DEXTER - Arthur Fickett, 87, died Nov. 27, 1981, at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home following a long illness. He was born in Etna July 11, 1894, son of Fred and Emma (Cole) Fickett. Mr. Fickett, formerly of Bangor and Newport, worked for Webber Oil Company until his retirement. He was a 60-year member of Benevolent Lodge No. 87, Carmel. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Anah Temple Shrine. He is survived by his wife Anne (Berry) Fickett of Dexter; one daughter, Mrs. Shirley Luce of Dexter; one brother, Leon of Rockland; one sister, Beatrice Bragdon of Brewer; one grandchild; three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Nov. 30 at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. Vicki Woods officiating. Donations may be made in Mr. Fickett’s memory to the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children, in care of the Anah Temple Shrine, 586 Main Street, Bangor, Maine 04401. Interment was at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Etna.
