Obituary	CARRIE MERRILL DEXTER – Carrie Merrill, 89, died Sept. 27, 1981, at a Dexter hsopital following a long illness. She was born in Greenbush, May 2, 1892, the dauther of Samuel and Fannie (Neal) Littlefield. She had attended the Dexter United Methodist Church, was a past member of the Martha Washington Rebekah Lodge and an honorary member of the Dexter Grange. She is survived by her husband, Floyd Merrill of Dexter; two daughters, Mrs. Glenice Adams of Dexter and Mrs. Althea Holland of Westbrook; 13 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosby Funeral Home, 238 Main St., Dexter. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the Cancer Fund; they may be left at the funeral home.
