Obituary	NEWTON A. RAMSDELL DEXTER - Newton A. Ramsdell, 83, died Aug. 31, 1981 at his Mill Street residence. He was born in Charleston, Sept. 14, 1897, the son of Alton and Nancy (Libby) Ramsdell. He worked in local woolen mills and Fay & Scott Machine Shop. He is survived by two sons, George of Framingham, Mass., and Theron of Dexter; one daughter, Mrs. Marilyn Wintle of Dexter; one sister, Ethel Knight of Portland; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Garland.
