Obituary	VIOLET M. COOKSON DEXTER and SURRY- Violet M. Cookson, 74, died Aug. 3, 1981 at her Surry residence. She was born in Exeter, May 3, 1907, the daughter of George and Minnie Daniels. She is survived by one son, Albert of Surry; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Aug. 6th, at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. Bradstreet officiating. Burial was at Brans Mills Cemetery.
