Obituary	RUTH ARLINE HAM THOMAS DEXTER - Ruth Arline Ham Thomas, 73, died January 11, 1986 at her Mill Street residence. She was born in Cambridge, October 25, 1913, daughter of Ivan and Nora Adams Ham. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School in Dexter, class of 1931, and from Farmington Normal School, class of 1933. She was well known in the area as a pianist, playing for many years at receptions and dances with her brother. She and her husband, Francis, were proprietors of Thomas Taxi for over 35 years. She aattended the Dexter United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of Dexter; one daughter, Mrs. Delmas (Donna) Hodgkins of Dexter; two grandchildren, David and Darlene, both of Dexter; four sisters, Helen Littlefield and Rachael Sprague of Hartland, Hazel Bean of Vienna and Arlene Yakemore of Simsbury, Connecticut; one brother, E. Wesley Ham of Hartland; and many nieces and nephews. Friends called at the Crobsy Funeral Home on Monday. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Dexter with Pastor Robert Leon officiating. Friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the Dexter United Methodist Church Organ Fund.
