Obituary	FLOYD C. MERRILL DEXTER - Floyd C. Merrill, 96, died September 26, 1985, at a Dexter nursing home. He was born in Dexter, February 3, 1889, the son of Charles and Mary (Martin) Merrill. He was educated in Dexter schools and learned the machinist trade in Fay Scott of Dexter. He was predeceased by his wife, Carrie (Littlefield) Merrill. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Glennis Adams of Dexter and Mrs. Althea Holland of Westbrook; one daughter-in-law, Adeline Merrill of Dexter; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; four nephews. Graveside services were held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter with Rev. George Hammond officiating. Arrangements by the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter.
