Obituary	WILFRED R. SHAW DEXTER - Wilfred R. Shaw, 79, died August 28 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital after a long illness. He was born in Houlton, May 26, 1906, son of Charles and Margaret Campbell Shaw. He worked for several years for the Houlton Pioneer Times, then worked at the Portland Press Herald until his retirement 14 years ago. He was a member of the International Typographical Union. He was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Mary Tilton, Dexter; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Dunphy of Houlton; five grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter Thursday, with prayers at 7 p.m. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
