Obituary
NATHAN CLUKEY DEXTER - Nathan Clukey, 63, died at a Waterville nursing home, August 28, 1985, after a long illness. He was born in Dexter, February 6, 1922, the son of Franklin and Emma (Pullyard) Clukey. He was educated in Dexter schools, served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and was a member of the VFW and Poulliot-Seavey American Legion Post. He was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church and was employed by the town of Dexter for several years. He is survived by one brother, Paul of Bangor; one sister, Arline Clukey of Pittsfield; several nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday at St. Anne's Church. Friends called at the Crosby Funeral Home Friday where prayers were said. Interment was at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
