Obituary	DOROTHY GARNEAU DEXTER – Dorothy T. Garneau, 75, died unexpectedly at her residence Oct. 16, 1983. She was born in Garland, Oct. 24, 1908, the daughter of Mathias and Una (Haskell) Thurston. She attended school in Dexter and in Dover, N.H. Mrs. Garneau was a telephone operator in Dexter for many years and was also employed as a telephone operator at Fay and Scott Machine Shop in Dexter for several years. She was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church. She is survived by several cousins and a foster son, Angus Clukey of Florida. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Friends called at Crosby Funeral Home where prayers were held 7 p.m. Interment was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
