Obituary	LEONA BURGESS DEXTER - Leona Burgess, 81, died July 13, 1983, in a Waterville hospital after a long illness. She was the widow of William Burgess, who died in 1978. Mrs. Burgess was born in Sebec on March 17, 1902, the daughter of Owen and Nora (Mitchell) Johnston. She is survived by three sons, James of Dexter, William Jr. of Tuscon, Ariz., and Malcolm of Torrington, Conn.; two brothers, Neil Johnston of Sebec and Elmer Johnston of Rouses Point, N.Y.; one sister, Mrs. LeRoy Doris Luttrell of Bangor; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild. Funeral services were held at Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, Saturday, with Rev. Leon of the United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
