Obituary	THURLEY STROUT DEXTER - Mrs. Thurley Strout, 66, died July 10, 1983, at a Bangor hospital after a long illness. She was born in Dexter, Nov. 9, 1916, daughter of Seldon and Maple Hutchins Strout. She attended the Dexter schools and married Chester R. Strout on July 26, 1934. She was a member of the Dexter Universalist Church and was a former member of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Strout was active in Cub Scouting, Rainbow and 4-H work for many years. She was employed for several years as a nurse's aide in local nursing homes. She is survived by her husband, of Dexter; two sons, Barry of Cornvllle and Bruce of Dexter; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several cousins. Private funeral services were held.
