Obituary	Donald W. Brown: Dexter businessman DEXTER - Donald W. Brown died unexpectedly December 21, 1983 at his residence in Dexter. He was 72. Brown was a prominent businessman and proprietor of a convenience store for 38 years prior to his retirement in 1976. He served in town government and was active in several civic organizations. Brown is survived by his wife Helen; two sons, Thomas of Barkhamsted, Conn., and David of North Adams, Mass.; one daughter, Jana B. Wheaton of East Holden, and seven grandchildren.
