Obituary	SHIRLEY L. BUGBEE DEXTER - Shirley L. Bugbee, 82, died Nov. 15 at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home. He was born Nov. 14, 1897, in Washburn, the son of Charles and Celia (Stairs) Bugbee. He served in the U.S. Army in World War I and was a member of the Dexter United Methodist Church. He farmed in Dexter for over 55 years. He was a member of the American Legion Post, 53. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mabelle Jewitt Bugbee of Dexter; two sons, Wallace of Dexter and Shirley Milton Bugbee of Boston, Mass.; two daughters, Mrs. William (Mary) Linz of Bangor, Mrs. Harry (Vella) Price of Dexter; one sister, Mrs. Charlotte Carter of Texas; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. A memorial service was conducted Nov. 18 at the United Methodist Church, Dexter, with the REv. Vicki Woods officiating. Memorial contributions may be forwarded to the Crosby Funeral Home for use by the Salvation Army.
