Obituary	LEO A. DeMARAIS DEXTER - Leo A. DeMarais, 53, died Sept. 30 at the Togus Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Winooski, Vt., Nov. 9, 1925, the son of Napolean and Dora (Desborges) DeMarais. He was a communicant of St. Anne's Chuch. He served in the United States Army for 25 years. He was a Little League umpire for several years in the Dexter area. He was employed at Dexter Shoe Co. until he left due to ill health. In addition to his mother of Winooski, Vt., he is survived by his widow, Lillian Cleaves DeMarais, and a daughter, Chantel, both of Dexter; one brother, Robert of Plattsburg, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was said Oct. 3 at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Arrangements by Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter. Interment was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
