Obituary	Elwin F. White Funeral services for Elwin F. White of Dexter were conducted at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Iva Emery, Hill avenue, in Newport, on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Roy W. Moody of the People's Methodist church of Newport officiated, and the remains were entombed at Dexter until spring when burial will be in the Nutter cemetery at Lincoln's Mills. The bearers were J. Howard Seavey, Ernest Q. Emery, Jr., Howard White and Fred Wing. Mr. White died at his home in Dexter on Sunday after a long illness at the age of 67 years. He was born in St. Albans, son of Frank and Ella Palmer White and lived there many years where he was engaged in farming. About 25 years ago he moved to Dexter and had been employed at the Dumbarton mill until his health failed. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Addie White and a son, Floyd, both of Dexter; three daughters, Mrs. Howard Seavey and Mrs. Iva Emery of Newport and Mrs. Inice Hamilton of Dexter; a brother, Chester White of Corinna; eight grandchildren, a niece, a nehew and cousins.
