Obituary	HELEN 0. COLLINS BANGOR - Helen 0. Collins, 51, died March 4 at a local hospital. She was born April 12, 1927, at Dexter, the daughter of Victor G. and Mabell (Traio) Olsen. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church of Bangor. She was active in the Penobscot Women's Republican Club and had held nationals, state and local offices in the National Federation of the Blind. She was a graduate of Fay High School in Dexter, and a graduate of Becker Junior College, Worcester, Mass., with an associate degree in medical secretarial. She was a member of the Camden branch of the American Conservative Union. She is survived by her husband, Stephen W. Collins Jr. of Bangor; her mother of Dexter; one brother, Benjamin Olsen of Chelsea; one sister, Evangeline Johnson of Dexter; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were March 7 at the Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter.
