Obituary
L. FRANK CLEAVES DEXTER - L. Frank Cleaves, 90, died Oct. 14, at his Dexter residence. He was born in St. Victor, Quebec, Canada, Sept. 1, 1888, son of Alfred and Delvino (Groleau) Cleaves. He was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church. He was employed by the local woolen mills as a spinner for many years. He is survived by his wife, Valeda Provost Cleaves of Dexter; seven sons, Omer, Gabriel, Roland and Philip, all of Dexter, Paul of Togus, Gerald of Jerichio, Vt., and Henry of Winooski, Vt.; three daughters, Mrs. Louis (Lucienne) Doucette of Lewiston, Mrs. Nazier (Anita) Clukey of Guilford, and Mrs. Leo (Vivian) DeMarais of Dexter; one brother, Norbert, of East Eddington; one sister, Mrs. Emma Millett of Bangor; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was said Oct. 17 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. Arrangements by Crosby Funeral Home. Interment was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter
