Obituary	ROY A. PROVOST DEXTER-Roy A. Provost, 53, died at Togus Sept. 19. He was born in Dexter July 26, 1925, son of Maurice and Ruth (OKeefe) Provost. He was educated in Dexter schools and served in the Army during World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW Post 4298 and the Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by three daughters, Melody of Monson, Mass.; Laurie and Johnna, both of Dexter; three sons, Roy A. Provost, Jr. of Monson, Mass.; O'Keefe Provost of Dexter, and Timothy Provost of Florida; three sisters, Mrs. Gloria Ramsdell, Mrs. Marlene Richard and Mrs. Mona Gordon, all of Dexter; four brothers, Maurice of Garland, Richard of Sangerville, and Clifford and Shirley, both of Dexter; five grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial was said Sept. 22 at St. Anne's Catholic Church. Arrangements by Crosby Funeral Home. Burial was in the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Augusta.
