Obituary	GLADYS A. [JONI] RACKLIFFE BELFAST-Gladys A. (Joni) Rackliffe, 54, died unexpectedly Dec. 20 in Northport. She was born in Dexter Sept. 30, 1923, the daughter of Harry and Ruth (Fernald) Johnson. She was a graduate of the Waldo County Hospital School of Nursing in 1944 and served as O.R. Supervisor until 1955. She is survived by her husband, Phillip L. Lackliffe of Belfast; one son, Peter J. of Belfast; one brother Wendall Johnson of Dexter; four sisters, Marry Ellis and Pauling Johnson, both of Dexter, Phyllis Miles of Northboro, Mass., Jane Easley of Manchester, Conn.; one uncle, one aunt, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial services were Dec. 21 at St. Margaret's Epsicopal Church, Belfast, with the Rev. R. Truman Fudge officiating.
