Obituary	CHARLES W. COOLEY DEXTER-Charles W. Cooley, 65, husband of Ruth Brannen Cooley, died Oct. 13, at a Dexter hospital after a long illness. He was born Jan. 10, 1912, in Ripley, son of John and Effie (lord) Cooley. He attended Ripley schools, was a member of the Dexter Grange, and had been a self-employed dairy farmer. Survivors besides his wife, of Dexter, are a son, Ronald of Dexter, a sister, Mrs. Frank (Beatrice) Thompson of Corinna; a brother, Lloyd Cooley of Montesano, Wash; two grandchildren, Kevin and Darlene, both of Dexter; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Oct. 15, at the Thompson Funeral Home, 188 Spring St., Dexter, with the Rev. Andrew Spohrer, pastor of the First Free Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
