Obituary	ELMER L. SEVEY RIPLEY-Elmer L. Sevey, 66, husband of Ethel (Cool) Sevey, died unexpectedly Oct. 16, in Ripley. He was born Sept. 14, 1911, in Ripley, the son of Ernest and Lona (Moody) Sevey. He was a member of the Cambridge Lodge, AF&AM, and a 52 year member of the Ripley Grange. He had worked for the Fayscott Machine Corp., in Dexter, and as a self employed farmer. Surviving besides his wife in Ripley are two daughters, Mrs. Avon (Beryl) Woodard of Dexter, Ruther E. Sevey of Ripley; one sister Mrs. Rodney (Dorothy Young of Dexter; three brothers, Roy of Corinna, Charles of Dexter, and Albert of Ripley; five grandsons, one granddaughter, and two great-granddaughters; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Oct. 18, at the Thompson funeral Home, 188 Spring St., Dexter.
