Obituary	ARCHIBALD J. ATWATER GUILFORD, Pomono, Mo. - Archibald J. Atwater, 56, died Sept. 6, in his home in Pomona, Mo. He was born Sept. 22, 1920, in Dexter, son of Joseph and Eva (Sanborn) Atwater. He was a carpenter by trade. He served in the National Guard in Dexter. He is survived by his wife, Madeline (Ducette) Atwater of Pomona, Mo.; one son, Joseph of Pomona, Mo.; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Iona) Gustofson of Lake Worth, Fla.; Six sisters, Mrs. Doris Potts of Lake Worth, Fla., Mrs. Eleanor Easley of Dexer, Mrs. Imogene Cameson of Bangor, Mrs. Wilda Bridgham of Portland, Mrs. Barbara Clark of Lake Worth, Fla., Mrs. Julia Roberts, all of Dexter; six brothers, Randall of Pace, Fla., Hugh of Lake Worth, Fla., Robert and Roland both of Dexter, Charles of Waycross, Ga., Maurice of Gainsville, Fla.; six grandchildren; nieces and nephews. funeral services were Sept. 13, at the Neal Funeral Home, Guilford, Rev. Ida Kerr officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
