Obituary	MRS. MILDRED B. WIDDOES AUGUSTA - Mrs. Mildred B. Widdoes, 75, died in the Augusta General Hospital Sept. 1, after a long illness. She was born May 8, 1901, in Dexter, the daughter of Albert H. and Grace Greenwood Bentley. She was the widow of Ernest L. Widdoes, and was a member of the Withrop Street Universalist Church, and Murray Alliance of the church, of Augusta; the American Federation of Music Clubs, and the Sunshine Club, of Dexter; and had been a volunteer at the Veterans' Administration Center at Togus for many years. She is survived by a son, Andrew B. Widdoes, of Augusta; a daughter, Mrs. Ernestine Cormier, of Augusta; a grandson, a great grandson, and several stepsisters. Funeral services were held September 3, in Augusta, with the Rev. Howell K. Lind, pastor, and the Rev. Douglas H. Robbins, pastor emeritus, of the Winthrop Street Universalist Church, officiating. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter, where the Rev. Mr. Robbins gave committal prayers.
