Obituary	HARRY P. RICHARDS NEWPORT - Harry P. Richards, 81, formerly of Newport, died May 5 at the Togus Veteran's Administration hospital following a long illness. He was born Dec. 26, 1894, in Caribou, the son of Thomas and Lizzie (Day) Richards. He was a veteran of World War I. He had been self-employed as a carpenter in many areas of the state. He is survived by his wife, Edith Richards of Dexter, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services were May 10 at Riverside Cemetery in Newport. Arrangements were by the Crosby Funeral Home in Newport.
