Obituary	HENRY W. PARSONS DEXTER-Henry W. Parsons, 68, died at a Bangor hospital Jan. 10 after a long illness. He was born at Dexter March 6, 1907, son of Elmer and Carrie (Smith) Parsons. He attended Dexter schools and was employed by Fay and Scott Machine Shop for over 31 years. He was a member of the First Universalist Church; a member of the Dexter Fire Department for over 30 years; was past noble grand of Plymouth Lodge IOOF; also past master of Penobscot Lodge of Masons; and a past member of the Silver Lake Encampment. He is survived by his wife, Helen (Palmer) Parsons of Dexter; one son, Bruce Parsons of Sanford; one daughter, Janet Parsons of Portland; two grandchildren, several cousins. Funeral services were Jan, 13 at the First Universalist Church of Dexter. Masonic services were Jan. 12 at the Crosby Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in the Spring.
