Obituary	FRIEDA S. LOWELL DEXTER - Frieda S. Lowell, 85, died suddenly at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital January 6. She was born August 15, 1890, at Rockport, Maine, the daughter of Eugene M. and Charlotte Herrman Simpson. She lived in Bucksport for a time before moving to Dexter in 1915. She was married to the late Ralph Lowell, and was a member of the Dexter United Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, E. Bradley Lowell of Dexter; four daughters, Mrs. Fred (Charlotte) Rollins of Garland; Mrs. Leon (Thelma) Shapleigh of Elliot, Maine; Mrs. Ernest (Molly) Rowe of Reading, Mass. and Mrs. Richard (Joyce) Mitchell of West Acton, Mass.; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and a niece. Funeral services will be held at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter, at 2 p.m., Jan. 8. Friends may call at the funeral home January 7, from 7-9 p.m. Spring burial will be at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
