Obituary	GLADYS F. TOWLE DEXTER - Gladys F. Towle, 71, widow of Roy Towle Sr., died Nov. 14 at a local nursing home after a long illness. She was born July 27, 1904, at Dexter, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fish. She worked as a nurse's aide for a number of years, and she was a member of the Shirley B. Carter Post, VFW Auxiliary, and of the Skowhegan Cooties, VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by two sons, Orville Seeley and Holman Towle, both of Dexter; two stepsons, Roy Towle Jr. of Dexter and Robert Towle of Lyndonville, Vt.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Lois Cookson of Bangor, and Mrs. James (Emma) Walters of Lakeland, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services were November 17 at the Thompson Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. Alfred Boudreau officiating. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Donations may be made to the Department of Maine VFW Cancer Fund, care of Jaunita Minton, 25 Zions Hill, Dexter.
