Obituary	EUGENE L. TAYLOR DEXTER - Eugene L. Taylor, 44, husband of Loretta Brooks Taylor, died Oct. 14 at a Bangor hospital. He was born May 13, 1931, in Guilford, the son of Harley and Nettie Taylor. He attended Guilford schools and was a veteran of the armed forces. He was employed with the Dexter Shoe Co. He is survived by his widow of Dexter; his parents of Guilford; two sons, Robert and Mark; and one daughter, Michelle, all of Dexter; two brothers, Francis of Colona, Ill. and Harry of Dover-Foxcroft; six sisters, Mrs. Lewis (Eunice) Marsh, Mrs. Hazel Hincks, Mrs. Alvin (Gertrude) McDonald, all of Guilford, Mrs. Charles (Helen) Cockran, East Corinth, Mrs. Ivan (Edna) Sanborn, Parkman, Mrs. Elsie Simpson, Brazier Falls, NY; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were October 17 at the Thompson Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. John Dunn, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Dexter, officiating. Burial was in North Newport Cemetery.
