Obituary
GEORGE E. VIGUE DEXTER - George E. Vigue, 82, died unexpectedly April 9 at his Dexter residence. He was born July 7, 1892, at St. Come, Canada, son of Leander and Alice (McCarthy) Vigue. He was employed at the Daggetts Shoe Store in Dexter for 32 years, and later owned and operated his own store, known as Vigue's Market in Dexter. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of the Poulliot Seavey Post, American Legion, a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife, Helen Vigue of Dexter; two sons, Edward of New Rochelle, N.Y., E. James of St. Petersburg, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Imogene Arno and Mrs. Marguerite Salisbury of Dexter; ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
