Obituary	ROY E. DAVIS BROOKLYN, CONN - Roy E.Davis, 76, a former Dexter resident, died March 12 at his home in Brooklyn, Conn. He was born Oct. 16, 1898 in Baltimore, Md. the son of Charles and Blanche Brackett Davis. He was employed by the Connecticut Light and Power Company until hsi retirement Oct. 1963. He was a veteran of World War I having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a graduate of the Submarine School, Groton, Conn. He was a member of Leo J. L'Homme Post 21 of Danileson, Conn.; a fifty year member of both Penobscot Masonic Lodge 31 and St. Johns Chapter Royal Arch Masons 25 of Dexter. Survivors are his wife, the former Margaret Hutchinson of Dexter, now of Brooklyn; one son, Donald, of Coventry, Conn. and Prospect Harbor, Me.; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services were held March 15 and burial will be this spring at Prospect Harbor, Maine.
