Obituary
JAMES H. CLARK James H. Clark, 67, of Dexter, died at his Water Street residence Oct. 26. He was born at Sangerville, July 6, 1906, son of William and Flora (Weymouth) Clark. He attended Dexter schools, graduating in 1926. He served in the U.S. Fifth Army, World War II was a communicant of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter and the Knights of Columbus. For many years he was employed as a night watchman and foreman in the Dumbarton Woolen Mills. He is survived by four sisters, Virginia and Marguerite, both of Brewe, Mrs. Walter (Cleora) Good, Bangor, and Mrs. Mervin (Mary) Wentworth, Abbott; one brother, Willard of Hartford, Conn. Funeral services were held Monday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter. Rosary was said at 7 p.m. Sunday by the Knights of Columbus at the funeral home. Burial was in Mt. Plesant Cemetery, Dexter.
