Obituary	EDGAR SANDS Edgar Sands, 70, of Dexter, died Sunday at a Waterville hospital following a long illness. He was born in Woodland, Oct. 28, 1902, the son of Herbert and Gertrude Philbrook Sands. A former farmer, he had also worked for the State Highway Department. Survivors include two brothers, Burt of Caribou and Sherman of Terrry ville, Conn., two sisters, Mrs. Laura Perry, Fort Fairfield and Mrs. Ada Conlon, Terryville, Conn several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Wednesday in Hartland.
