Mrs. Adena Judkins Mrs. Adena Judkins passed away Tuesday forenoon at the home of her sister, Mrs. Nora Ham, in Hartland, where she had been cared for several days following a shock which she suffered a week ago Monday. She was born in Wellington August 13, 1872, the daughter of James and Olive Staples Adams. About fifty-three years ago she was united in marriage with Fred Frost Judkins of Charleston, who died a number of years ago. With the exception of one year spent in Seattle, Washington Mrs. Judkins has always lived in Wellington, Dexter or Sangerville. She was a member of the Rebekahs, Royal Neighbors, North Dexter Grange and Piscataquis Pomona Grange. Funeral services were held this afternoon, Thursday, at the Harvey funeral home in Guilford, the Rev. Mr. Griffiths officiating. Burial was at Lawn cemetery in Guilford. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Ham, of Hartland, Mrs. Rhoda Leighton of Dexter, Mrs. Gertrude Cook of North Anson, and Mrs. Etta Bell of Guilford; one brother, Leslie Adams of Guilford and a son, James of Bangor.
