Obituary	EVELYN C. BENNETT Evelyn C. Bennett, aged 57, died very suddenly in a Dexter hospital on Tuesday. She was born Aug. 12, 1915 in Harmony, the daughter of Daniel and Hazel (Davis) Carlton. She was educated in the Sangerville schools and had lived in the Dexter area for the past 36 years. She attended the Universalist Church. She is survived by her husband Douglas Bennett of Dexter; her mother Mrs. Daniel Carlton of Quincy, Mass., two sons Clayton, Hampton, N.Y. and Gary of Dexter; a daughter Mrs. Peter (Barbara) Haskell of Dexter; six brothers, Charles, Sangerville, Ron Alvyn, California and Daniel and ald, Indiana, Linwood, Kansas, Alvyn, California and Daniel and Harold, both of Massachusetts. There are eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Crosby Neal Funeral Home, the Rev. Robert Sterling officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in the spring.
