Obituary	CLARENCE G. LORD DEXTER - Clarence G. Lord, 75, died Dec. 10 at a Derby, Conn., Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Dexter, July 16, 1899. He was the son of Amos and Ellen (Lougee) Lord. He was employed by the Amos Abbott Woolen Mill for many years before his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Marion (Macomber) Lord of Dexter; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Tompkins of Oxford, Conn; Mrs Maxine Thompson of Ellsworth, Me.; Mrs. Barbara Plant of Corinna; two sons, Bernard Lord of Dexter and Francis Lord of Nashua, N. H. There are 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Also one sister, Mrs. Clifton Schillings of Pittsfield. Funeral services will be Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Crosby Funeral Home in Dexter where friends may call Wednesday afternoon and evening. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter in the spring.
