Obituary	GEORGE A. STARBIRD George A. Starbird, 63, of Sangerville, died in Dexter suddenly March 15. He was born in Sangerville Nov. 18, 1910 the son of Carroll and Mertie (Thomas) Starbird. He was educated in Sangerville schools. He was employed by the SAD 46 School Department for many years; and at the time of his retirement in 1973 was a maintenance foreman. He is survived by his widow, Gardys Woodside Starbird of Sangerville; two daughters, Mrs. Henry (Carol) Flagg of South Sangerville and Mrs. Edward (Shelley) Morgan of Hermon; four brothers, Abner and Eugene both of Dexter, Willard and John both of Sangerville; three grandchildren, Scott and Shannon Flagg nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Crosby Funeral Home, Dexter.
