Obituary	RICHARD H. RAMSAY Richard R. Ramsay, 65, of Dexter, died early Feb. 24 at a local hospital. He was born at Dexter, Dec. 17, 1908, son of Galen and Kathryn Hutchinson Ramsay. He attended Dexter schools, Bowdoin College and McCalister School of Embalming. He was president of the Ramsay and Gates Corporation for many years. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II was a member of the First Universalist Church, the Dexter Club and the American Legion. He is survived by his mother, Kathryn Ramsay; his widow, Ethelyn; and son Philip, all of Dexter. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at the First Universalist Church, Dexter, the Rev. Robert W. Sterling officiating. Burial will be next spring in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. Friends wishing, may contribute to the American Cancer Society, Box 456, Brunswick.
