Obituary
BLOI P. CYR Bloi P. Cyr, 64, died Dec. 13 at his residence in Corinna. He was born at St. Anne, N. B. Feb. 18, 1908, the son of Paul and Lea (Cyr) Cyr, and had resided in Corinna for the past 25 years where he had been engaged in farming. Before coming to Corinna he had lived in Connecticut and Canada. Mr. Cyr served in the Canadian Navy in World War I. Besides his wife Rose of Corinna, he is survived by two sons, Reginald J. of the U. S. Army and Paul Cyr of Corinna; two daughters, Mrs. Keith (Lea) Worster of Dexter and Mrs. Milton (Frances) Kirk of Pittsfield; three brothers, Hermon of Saugatuck Conn. Raymond of Norwalk, Conn., Alfred Cyr of Waterbury, Conn.; three sisters, Mrs. Maurice Horan of Connecticut, Mrs. Matilda St. Peter of Caribou and Mrs. Celina Laveque of Grand Falls, N. B.; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Dexter.
